The forested Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, northwest of Chikmagalur, is home to elephants, tigers and leopards.

Gorur Dam

The dam is located in Gorur, near the city of Hassan in Karnataka. Built in 1979, the reservoir has been serving multiple purposes of providing water supply for drinking and other purposes and for irrigation of the agricultural land of the nearby villages..

Beluru & Halebidu

Munjerabad Fort(Sakaleshpur)

Manjarabad fort is a star fort built in 1792 by Tipu Sultan the then ruler of Mysore on the pattern of the military forts developed by the French architect Sébastien Le Prestre de Vauban.
